Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Prior to construction, all plans for a building or exterior improvement shall be approved by a majority of the Architectural Committee. The two sets of plans must show all uses and dimensions and the location of the building and/or improvement. The Committee , with oversight by the Association, may authorize variances from compliance with any of the provisions in the CC&Rs.

$200.00 For 1000 sq ft and up.
No requirements for building contractors. Texas does not have licensing requirements for general contractors or subs. Building will be inspected by authorized by State/City inspector during/after construction.
