Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Prior to construction, all plans for a building or exterior improvement shall be approved by a majority of the Architectural Committee. The two sets of plans must show all uses and dimensions and the location of the building and/or improvement. The Committee , with oversight by the Association, may authorize variances from compliance with any of the provisions in the CC&Rs.
